Ludom Hosting — Terms of Service
DRAFT FOR REVIEW — not published or effective.
Prepared: 11 October 2026. Proposed version: 2026-10-11-draft-1.
1. Service provider and contact
Ludom Hosting operates the hosting platform at ludomhost.net.
[REVIEW: Insert the provider's legal name, registered business address and applicable business registration details.]
For account, hosting and billing questions, use your client-area support ticket. Proposed contact: [email protected]. [REVIEW: Confirm that this mailbox is monitored and can receive customer messages.]
2. Accounts and responsibilities
Provide accurate registration information and keep your email address current. Verify your email before accessing features that require verification. Protect your password and hosting access credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. You are responsible for the content you upload and for people you authorize to use your account.
[REVIEW: Confirm account eligibility, minimum age and whether accounts for minors are permitted. Do not open registration until this is decided.]
3. Hosting plans
Your selected plan and checkout describe the included storage, bandwidth, website, database and email allowances. Features differ by plan. Shared hosting does not include dedicated CPU or memory guarantees unless explicitly offered and enforced.
Free hosting has no recurring hosting charge or renewal invoice. The platform currently permits one active free service per verified customer, subject to the configured eligibility limit. An included ludom.app subdomain is available where the selected plan offers it; custom-domain availability depends on the plan's entitlements. Domain registration is not included unless separately offered.
A service is ready when the platform confirms that the required hosting resources and HTTPS are available. Setup may require DNS propagation or staff review. Never treat an order confirmation as proof that the website is active.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or activities, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, unsolicited bulk messages or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass plan limits or interfere with other customers, the hosting node or the platform.
We may investigate reported abuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect systems or comply with applicable requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact support. You remain responsible for keeping applications and plugins updated and for having permission to host the material you upload.
5. Prices, invoices and payments
Prices and invoice amounts are stated in Philippine pesos unless expressly stated otherwise. Checkout identifies the billing term, amount and any applicable discount or tax before you place a paid order. Issued invoices preserve the agreed line items and amounts.
Paid hosting uses monthly or annual billing where offered. Renewal invoices and their due dates appear in your client area. A renewal invoice is not an automatic charge to a stored card. Payment options depend on the configuration shown on your invoice. Maya payments use hosted checkout; bank-transfer submissions require staff verification when that option is enabled.
Payment is confirmed after independent verification. A browser success page or submitted bank reference alone does not establish settlement. Keep your invoice and payment references when contacting support.
[REVIEW: Confirm legal supplier/invoice details, tax treatment, renewal notice timing, overdue grace period, and whether prices can change for future renewal periods. Specify how customers will be notified of changes.]
6. Upgrades and continuity
Available free-to-paid upgrades take effect after verified payment and a confirmed hosting package change. The platform is designed to preserve the existing hosting account, primary domain and website data. If an upgrade needs repair, support will review it. Downgrades, proration and additional migration options are available only when expressly offered.
7. Cancellation, suspension and data retention
Request cancellation from the owned service's client-area page. The proposed effective date is the next renewal for paid hosting and immediate for free hosting, subject to staff review. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an issued invoice or refund a payment.
Approved cancellations suspend the hosting account and quarantine the included subdomain. Staff record a retention period before processing. The current platform does not automatically delete website data or release quarantined names. Retention is not a promise of permanent storage or a substitute for your own backups.
Unpaid paid hosting may be suspended only under the communicated overdue policy. Free hosting is not subject to overdue billing suspension.
[REVIEW: Specify cancellation notice requirements, the overdue grace period, website retention duration, retrieval process, subdomain reuse rules and a separately approved eventual deletion policy.]
8. Refunds and billing disputes
Contact support with your invoice and payment reference if you believe a payment or charge is incorrect. Refunds are separate records and do not silently rewrite invoice history.
[REVIEW: Insert the actual refund eligibility, request window, exclusions, review process and expected processing times. Decide treatment of partial periods, promotional plans, failed provisioning and duplicate payments. No refund guarantee or “no refunds” policy is established by this draft.]
9. Backups, availability and support
Keep independent copies of your website files and databases. Hosting and application backups have separate scopes. A backup or recovery guarantee applies only if expressly offered for your plan and supported by a tested process.
Maintenance, network issues and provider failures can affect availability. No numerical uptime guarantee, response-time guarantee or recovery objective is established by this draft. Support is available through private tickets; any published support schedule will describe operating hours.
[REVIEW: Confirm support hours, maintenance notice procedure, included website backups and any commercially supported service-level agreement.]
10. Privacy, changes and disputes
The Privacy Policy describes account, billing, support and technical data processing. Registration and ordering record acceptance of the published policy version. Changes will be identified by a new version; material changes affecting an existing service require appropriate notice.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
[REVIEW: Confirm governing law, complaint escalation, dispute venue, required notice periods and any appropriately reviewed liability provisions.]
