What to expect from the first release of the hosting platform.
Is registration open?
Account registration is available. Hosting checkout and activation are still being prepared.
Do I need to buy a domain?
No. Both free and paid hosting include an available name.ludom.app subdomain at no additional domain fee. Paid customers can also use an existing custom domain.
How do included subdomains work?
You choose your name during onboarding. Names must be available and follow DNS naming rules. Infrastructure names are reserved, and reservations are rechecked before allocation.
Is free hosting a trial?
No. Free hosting is a distinct plan, with configurable quotas and eligibility. It does not receive hosting renewal invoices or overdue billing suspension.
Can I keep my website when moving from free to paid?
The first release is designed to preserve the same platform subdomain, hosting account, and website data during a free-to-paid upgrade after settled payment.
What does annual pricing mean?
Annual prices cover a full year. Introductory and renewal prices are shown separately. All catalog prices are in Philippine pesos.
Can I register a domain here?
Domain registration is not offered in this release. Use an included subdomain or bring an existing domain for a paid plan.
Where can I check service status?
The service status page will link to the configured status provider. Until monitoring is connected, the preview makes no availability or uptime claims.
